Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model that helps people heal their wounded inner parts by helping them access the energy and wisdom of their core Self.
It’s a powerful tool for healing.
It’s also a tool of awakening.
Evolutionary IFS (EIFS) advances the model so that healing can take place on multiple dimensions.
In EIFS, Self-energy is amplified to the point where multiple parts are healed at once. The energy of the parts is then released back into the system in support of individual evolution and collective awakening. This work has direct application to coaching, counseling, healing, leadership, and group facilitation.

Classic IFS
- Understanding and experiencing the IFS model
- Distinguishing among and work with the three kinds of parts—managers, firefighters, and exiles
- Using the two principal methods of working with parts: in-sight and direct access
Evolutionary IFS
- Shifting from ordinary mind into awake awareness
- Amplifying awareness so the client can see and feel more of their internal system
- Learning how to perceive parts as a pattern of energy
- Tracking energetic shifts to help a system self-organize at a higher level

A personal note from Guthrie . . .
When I came to India 10 years ago, it was like having a reunion with a lost branch of my soul family. I am so excited to be returning to teach Evolutionary IFS.
So much has happened since my first visit, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned. IFS is evolving . . . and so am I. The model contains its own intelligence and, if you allow it, this intelligence will bring healing and awakening to you, to others, and to the world.
This time I’m bringing my friend Paige, who has her own magic to add to the IFS paradigm. When we work together in front of the room, alchemy happens, the room shifts, and energy moves into new channels. I would love for you to join us for this reunion and exploration of Evolutionary IFS.
